Glossy can be about 10 degrees. Matting agent: TGIC = 20:1 and it needs to consume TGIC.

Technical characteristics

1. It has good matting properties and matches the appropriate resin to provide about 8% (60°) gloss. Gloss is affected by polyester resin, so the choice of polyester resin is very important.

2.?The surface is delicate and smooth.

3.?Excellent baking stability,?it is recommended to have a good anti-yellowing situation.

4.?Excellent mechanical properties, good surface scratch resistance (far better than PE/GMA extinction system).

5.?Gloss stability, the extrusion process is not sensitive, good reproducibility

Usage & Dosage & Handling

1.?Mix together with other ingredients in the formulation in a high-speed mixer and then extruded through an extruder.

2.?Dosage is 2-6% of the total weight of the recipe, depending on the desired gloss.

3.?TP3210 matting agent need to consume a small amount of TGIC, MY150 / TGIC = 20: 1

Package & Storage & Handling

1.?Polyethylene liner Kraft paper bag, 25 kg per bag.

2.?Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Should be immediately closed after use, stay away from fire.

3.?Valid at a storage temperature of <30 ° C for at least 1 year.l
